  medical claims assessment. Dr. Empringham remains active at Canada Lif
 e in support of the Chief Underwriter team, on large case work, and curr

 utive Officer, Global Guardian, LLC\n\nDale Buckner is the President and
  CEO of Global Guardian, LLC in McLean, Virginia. He has been leading Gl
 obal Guardian since its inception in March 2012 and is directly responsi
 ble for the day-to-day operations and its growth. He is a decorated Comb
 at-Commander with multiple combat tours and classified operations in Ira
 q, Afghanistan, Colombia, Haiti and Cuba and executed deployments to Rus
 sia, El Salvador, Honduras, Chile, Panama, Kuwait, and Qatar. Dale serve
 d in the United States Army Infantry (9 years), Military Intelligence (2
  years), and Special Forces Green Berets (13 years). He commanded 5 orga
 nizations including an Infantry Reconnaissance Platoon, Special Forces S
 cuba Team, Special Force Counter-Terrorism Team, a Special Forces Counte
 r-Terrorism Task Force, and a Special Troops Battalion. Dale has Bachelo
 r’s Degrees in Criminal Justice and Business, Master’s Degrees in Pu
 blic Administration and Business Administration, a Masters Certificate i
 n Strategic Leadership from Cornell and was a Senior Fellow at the Tufts
  University School of Law and Diplomacy. Dale earned a total of 27 award
 s and decorations highlighted by his combat Bronze Star Medal and Defens
