SKYSERVICE AIR AMBULANCE INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF PARKVIEW AIRMEDICAL TO ENHANCE SERVICE PORTFOLIO

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, JUNE 13, 2019:
Skyservice Air Ambulance International announces the acquisition of Parkview
Airmedical, a Canadian owned and operated commerical medical escort company. In
business for over 42 years based in Toronto, Ontario. Together, we offer an
unsurpassed combined experience of over 70 years in the field of air medical transport.
