Ottawa dropping pre-arrival PCR test for fully vaccinated travellers as of Feb. 28

As of Feb 28, fully vaccinated travellers entering Canada will no longer have to take a pre-arrival PCR test but will still be required to take an authorized, lab-administered rapid antigen test no more than 24 hours before their scheduled flight or arrival at the land border.
